HOW TO USE YOUR DISCOUNTS & POINTS
- Redeem $1 for every 10 points earned. Example: (100 points = $10 credit)
- Dermal Club discounts cannot be combined with 6-month interest-free promotional financing programs
- Points may be applied to non-discounted services and products at La Jolla
- Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center only (excludes medical procedures/appointments)
- Points cannot be redeemed with Dermal Club preferred discount (must choose the greater value)
- Points may be redeemed for any purchase in our office (up to 50% of the total)
- Discounts and points may be combined with manufacturer rebates or programs
- Discounts and points are valid on cash or credit card purchases
- Points earned from signing a photo release can only be awarded once per treatment or procedure type
- Points earned during a visit can only be redeemed at a future visit
- Surgical, injectable, laser and skincare procedures are excluded from earning points
- Points will be awarded after confirmation of completion of each action
- Points can only be redeemed with an active membership
- Points will rollover each year as long as your membership is active
- Points will expire when membership expires
- Maximum accrual of 5,000 points. When the maximum amount is reached, points must be redeemed in order to continue earning more
- Monthly facial valued at up to $250 may be transferred to a friend or family member that month if you are unable to make it in
- The value of your points may not be redeemed for cash
- Monthly treatment does not roll over, it must be used during that month only
Qualified Referral
- Only one Qualified Referral shall be earned for each Referred Patient. Any additional or subsequent quotes made by a Referred Patient will not constitute a Qualified Referral
- Patients cannot refer themselves
- A quote received by a Patient that already has a treatment plan or quote shall not be a Qualified Referral
Cancellation & Termination
The Group may at any time, without prior notice, terminate or modify the Dermal Club membership and/or these terms and conditions. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by the Group in its sole discretion. The Group reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if it suspects that the referrals or gift certificate credits were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates applicable law or these terms or in a manner otherwise not intended by the Group.
Terms & Conditions
The Dermal Club Membership is brought to you by La Jolla Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center (LJ Laser Derm). LJ Laser Derm is referred to collectively in this agreement as the “Group.” By signing up in the Dermal Club Membership, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from the Group. This Program is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. This Program is valid in the United States only. This Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is governed by the internal laws of the State of California.
